N32L436 MCU chip is designed based on 32-bit Arm®Cortex®-M4F core,and its main frequency can reach up to 108MHz.The MCU chip not only supports hardware floating-point operation,but also integrates DSP instruction set,which can efficiently process digital signals and complex algorithms.The actual performance reaches 135DMIPS.With the built-in 2KB instruction Cache and Flash acceleration unit,zero waiting for code execution can be realized,which significantly improves the response speed of the system.
In terms of data security,MCU chip integrates embedded encrypted Flash with a height of 128KB and SRAM with a size of 32 KB.Flash supports hardware ECC check,has a 100,000-time erasure life and 10-year data retention ability,and also supports partition management and encrypted storage,effectively protecting the user's core code.SRAM is equipped with hardware parity,which further enhances the data integrity at runtime.
As a low-power MCU chip,N32L436 provides various working modes such as Run,Sleep,LP Run,LP Sleep,Stop2,Standby,etc.Designers can dynamically adjust the power consumption according to the actual load.Even in the low power consumption state of Stop2,some key peripherals of MCU chip(such as LCD driver and low power timer)can still operate normally,taking into account the requirements of energy saving and real-time response.
