In 3D printing equipment,the performance of the main control chip directly determines the response speed and molding accuracy of the whole machine.A typical 3D printer control system is mainly composed of three modules:motor control system,sensor feedback system and power management system.The motor control system undertakes the dual tasks of driving the print head and controlling the movement of X/Y/Z axis.The sensor feedback system integrates various sensors such as position,temperature,humidity and pressure to form a closed-loop control;The system reads 3D model data through TF card or USB interface,and combines with real-time sensing information to control the dispensing and movement trajectory of the nozzle,thus completing high-precision three-dimensional molding.
 
Yingshang provides a set of highly integrated reference scheme based on N32H48x and N32G45x series chips of 32-bit MCU.The MCU scheme adopts N32H48x/G45x series built-in high-precision PWM unit,which can output multi-channel independent control signals to drive stepper motor and servo motor,realize the precise coordination of nozzle movement and extrusion,and provide hardware-level guarantee for interlayer alignment and surface quality of 3D printing.

 


The MCU microcontroller N32H48x supports USB HS OTG,which can not only quickly read the printed files in the U disk,but also maintain high-speed communication with the upper computer.N32G45x provides USB FS Device,which is suitable for the control command interaction with the host.Both of them support SDIO interface and can expand TF memory card,which is convenient for offline storage of large-capacity 3D model data.In addition,MCU microcontroller series chips also integrate a 100Mbps Ethernet controller,which is suitable for networked deployment and remote monitoring scenarios.
 
Multi-channel high-speed ADC is integrated in MCU microcontroller chip,which can collect analog signals such as voltage,current,temperature and humidity in real time,which is convenient for the system to dynamically adjust heating power and motion parameters.The SPI interface of MCU microcontroller can support 60Msps(N32H48x)or 36Msps(N32G45x)at most,which can smoothly drive LCD screen to display printing status,and can also be used to expand SPI Flash to meet the requirements of firmware upgrade and font storage.
